        • Once approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.

      3. Refund Process

         

          • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and verified.

          • It may take 30 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

        4. Non-Returnable Items

           

            • Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable unless damaged during shipping.

            • Items without proof of damage or incorrect shipment are not eligible for returns.
